During the 2007-2008 season the Blue Ball Inn at Triscombe is home to the `Ball Boys' in the Watchet & District Skittles League.

The league runs from 17th September 2007 to 25th February 2008, after which there are Front Pin and Doubles competitions.

The Blue Ball Inn has a skittle alley with a characteristic right to left slope across it and is accessed at the rear end of the pub's garden. The rear garden facing side of the alley is so designed that it may open outwards towards the garden.
